This page explains how to delete the data FB Grow stores about you and your Facebook ad accounts. We keep only what is needed to show your campaigns in the dashboard: your Google account profile (name, email), Facebook access tokens you authorized, and a mirror of the ad accounts, campaigns, ad sets, ads, creatives, and Pages you connected.
1. Remove the app on Facebook (automatic)
If you connected your Facebook account, you can trigger deletion straight from Facebook:
- Open Facebook Settings → Business Integrations (or Settings → Apps and Websites).
- Find FB Grow in the list.
- Remove it and choose the option to delete the data the app holds.
Facebook then notifies us automatically. We delete the stored access token and all mirrored ad data linked to your Facebook user, and you receive a confirmation code with a status URL where you can verify the outcome.
2. Disconnect ad accounts in the dashboard
Signed-in users can remove any connected ad account from the dashboard at any time. Removing an account deletes the stored access token and all campaigns, ad sets, ads, creatives, and Pages we mirrored for it.
3. Ask us by email
To delete your entire account (including your Google sign-in profile), email support@fbgrow.com from the address you signed up with. We will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it.
What gets deleted
- Facebook access tokens you granted us.
- All mirrored ad accounts, campaigns, ad sets, ads, creatives, and Pages.
- For full account deletion requests: your profile (name, email, avatar).
